Our web-based property management system provides owners with real-time tracking of administrative, accounting, maintenance, project management, contact management, and financial requirements.
Our staff is dedicated to providing you with: - Budgeting databases for cash flow reporting which provides owners with long-term property operating cash requirements, capital expenditures and preventative maintenance;
- Full web integration allowing property owners with real-time financial reporting and documentation, insurance declarations, legal documentation, vendor contacts, minutes, and other pertinent documentation;
- Administrative services including attendance at meetings (no limit), 24-hour on-call management, full accounting services, and legal representation;
- General maintenance, on-site construction management, and any and all other required services as requested of by owners at no additional expense; and
- Sales and loan representation for owners at significantly discounted rates.
Westward Management is a full service real estate company. Unlike our competition, we pride ourselves in both our work ethic as well as our pricing method. Owners are charged one flat fee for services that are rendered. There are never additional charges for postage, owner transfers, requested documentation, up-charges for capital improvements, etc. What’s even more… we’re probably less expensive!
