Through the company’s various partners and affiliates, Mr. Duni has sought numerous avenues for the funding of properties that are acquired by our many diverse customers. Mr. Duni holds the following licenses, certifications, and memberships: National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Fire and Casualty Broker Certificate, Life Agent, California Real Estate Salesperson Certificate, Illinois Loan Originator License, Series 6 Variable Contracts License, Series 63 Code of Ethics License, Certified Financial Planner I – Financial Planning, and Certified Financial Planner II – Investment Planning.

Ashlea Monti

Mrs. Monti's expert knowledge of real estate makes her an excellent addition to our team of realtors.

She attended Michigan State University and graduated with a degree in Spanish and Secondary Education. She is currently a high school teacher while still efficiently maintaining a successful career in real estate. Her degree and fluency in Spanish enable her to work with Spanish-speaking clients.

Mr. Westveer is a co-owner and the Broker of Record for Westward Properties and Westward Management. He also serves as the chairman and president of the The Westward Funds; a Chicago based Real Estate Investment Trust.

Mr. Westveer is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of California, a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois, as well as a single and multi-engine certified pilot.
